Anada Records, LLC is an independent artist owned and managed  record label. Many years ago, Johnnie Tucker wanted to start his own independent record label and not wait on the major labels to decide on his future.  Johnnie was a co-founder of a San Francisco/East Bay area popular band where they had a couple “successful” local hits. Johnnie wanted to expand the group's popularity to Southern CA. Out of frustration, he approached a gentlemen named Paul Havey, who was involved in film and convinced him to manage the group. Paul Harvey at that time, was new to the music business, and had never managed a band . Therfore, Paul  initially had  to relie on Johnnie's  administrative skills, and music business savvy to help with the group moving forward . Thus, Johnnie's idea to start a label finally came to fruition, and the work began. Paul actually coined the name Anada Records, which ment (Up From Nothing) while Johnnie was the architect who put the music business plans together. Time passed and the group disbanded, however, Johnnie never abandoneded his belief, and desire to become an entrepreneur. These Seeds were planted in Johnnie as a small child while working in his grandfather's Grocery store.  Anada Records, LLC has been releasing music for over a decade, with plans to continue in 2026. The goal of Anada Records is to deliver quality music of all genres. Music creates unity and togetherness, and connects us through love.
